Q: How many leads can I expect to get each week?

A: We cannot provide an exact number because we don’t know how many people will decide to sell thier house in any given area at any given time. However, our goal and 99% guarantee that you will receive all fresh leads that come up in your market. Why 99%? Because we have to account for a human factor, in case the VA misses 1 of them 🙂 But that doesn’t happen, because she is very good! All sellers that posted FSBO will be reported to you for future follow up.

Q: How big of an area will be covered per one account?

A: We’ll deliver leads for up to 10 zip codes or 1 county per one account. This means that if you are working a few different states, for example Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia, you may want to choose a few zip codes in different counties. Or you might want to go for an entire county (we are talking about small counties of up to 15 zip codes).

Q: What if I want For Rent leads too?

No problem! Here is how it will look: 5 zip codes for both FSBO and FRBO or 10 zip codes for just one of those, you pick.

Q: Can I order additional areas?

A: Absolutely, you can do it any time and the area will be added to your search withing 48 hours.

Q: Are those leads motivated sellers?

A: Leads that we’ll deliver to your inbox are For Sale by Owner, meaning these people have posted their ads online stating that they want to sell. It is up to you, an investor to figure out their level of motivation by following up and asking the right questions. Not all of those leads will become deals! It depends on your skills and the level of experience at what rate those FSBO leads will convert.
